Conservation Storage – Display Cabinets
Rotadex designs and manufactures a range of display units for the storage of objects and items of historical interest while allowing Museums and Galleries to safely display these items. Units are robustly designed using powder coated steel carcasses with glazed panels. Use of polycarbonate materials for the glazed fronts reduces cost and improves environmental performance.
The Rotadex Vitrine Display Cabinet combines high quality visual display and storage within a unit made up of lockable drawers. This has the advantage of combining secure drawer storage with visual display. Drawers with glazed tops allow items to be held securely while featuring LED lighting when drawers are engaged. The display top features a 200mm high slide out lockable display case with low iron anti-reflective SGP 9.1mm anti-bandit glass available. The Vitrine unit is designed with a slide out display case so that these units may be used in a back to back configuration or placed against a wall. This can’t be done when using gas springs. Used by small and large museums for specific product displays.
